Herbs for tea, porridge or bone broth to tonify the center, build blood, improve digestion and calm the mind. Dried organic goji berries and Chinese red dates.
To use: Add 1-2 dates and 5-10 goji berries per serving of tea, porridge or broth. Cut dates in half or quarters for better flavour. Remove pits from dates, and enjoy eating both dates and goji after steeping.
*do not use during menses or before 38 weeks of pregnancy.
